Spring Health is an in-network mental health provider available to employees and dependents enrolled in Conner Strong & Buckelew medical plans, offering therapy, medication management, care navigation, and crisis support for conditions like anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
Appointments are available within 24-48 hours in virtual or in-person formats. You also have access to Spring Health Moments – a free library of 1,000+ on-demand mental health resources including videos, audio exercises, and articles based on proven therapeutic techniques.
